I’m a writer and I have all of my work from years in a suitcase but it’s something that is holding me back. I dream, think about writing everyday. I will always start but not finished.. I wish I could follow my dreams but I am in need of guidance…

I was just offered a place to help probation and parole clients on substance abuse, anger management and personal development. Why? Because I have overcome all of those things!! And as I question God of should I or shouldn’t I do this, this message spoke to me. Thank you, Lisa for being a driving force of inspiration for me to get out there and be an inspiration for others!! I appreciate all that you do!!

Thank you. You’re right, i dont have to use the mainstream modes of sharing my story. It’s so obvious but really escaped me. I can keep it simple and use what im actually good at to share my story. Through painting or song. I really don’t have to go on a stage or in a room full of people to speak.

Thank you Lisa! I have been telling my story for a long time now. I’ve told it online, I wrote a book and blogs, and I’ve spoken at churches and other events. Being on stages lights me up in a way that nothing else has. I really enjoy it. I’ve known for a long time that the struggles, pain, and hurt I experienced was not just for me. I know what I went through will ultimately help millions. Thank you so much for this

I used to be ashamed of my story. I thought that if the people closest to me knew my story they would look at me differently. I know now that I have to tell it, not only to release it, but to light the pathway for someone else to forgive themselves. I am almost 10k words into writing it and the battle is sometimes in my mind as to why I can’t or shouldn’t do it. Taking the perspective that my story doesn’t belong to me gives me permission to keep going. Thank you Lisa

I love that you said maybe you have more than one story because I do. My sister I have sais many times to my sister Teri that we have lived a multitude of many lives within this little lifetime. I have faced many challenges, with determination and courge I didn’t even know I had. I’ve been inspired and have inspired others. And it is my heart’s desire to expand my circle of inspiration as far and as wide and as high and as low as I can so others can create for themselves a way out (even when they can’t see it yet) like I manifested for myself.

I am here on this earth to share my story and transform and impact people. I am 56 years young and climbed a lot of mountain tops and fell down into deep valleys. I always got up adjusted my cute little crown on top of my head and moved on. When you mentioned to volunteer I realized that I want to help young people inspire with their career path, sprinkled with their passion. I looked up an organization, jotted down their phone number + call them first thing tomorrow. Thanks Lisa

Hello Ms. Lisa, thank you for being such an inspiration. I’ve been wanting to tell my story for a long time but I’ve been afraid of judgement and embarrassment. This video inspired me and give me the courage to tell my story and silence my fear but most importantly, it helped me to believe in myself and my TRUTH. Thank you

BOL!! Lisa you said, “being in the trenches was the most rewarding.”
As a retired veteran/ former K9Security Officer/ a Personal trainer and now as a Safety officer, I share life stories applicable to the people I interact with. I have been doing that naturally all these years and didn’t realize it counted.
Thank you for showing me my life’s work which has led me to my higher calling.

Yes-Yes! “Crazy, Lost, and Broken; I was” is my story, my journey and I am grateful having the ability to beat those obstacles. I found the habits to transform me but the challenges are so real and what’s really behind my instant smile in keeping a victory is a story repeatedly. So, Lisa, now that I am more transparent and bold enough to tell my story, I thank you for that extra push. I have been listening to many popular motivation speakers and coaches for many years and have attended many conferences, as well, I have learned from them but your style in telling the story, has played over and over as I write with much openness that helps me and hopefully will help others. I am honor that I will be joining you in November for Speak and Write in Atlanta as a VIP seat holder. Thank you!

Now I finally realized that everything that happened in the past, happened FOR me and not TO me. (BOL)When I change the perspective on how I see my past is when I started to see myself as a Víctor and not a victim anymore. Thank you Lisa for be brave to share your story.

Hi yes I want to tall my story, I want to really show people how I made it through with encouraging myself. Changing my thougts. After being raped, having 2 abortion, son going to prison. Being held back in school. Not feeling smart are not good enough. Comparing myself to others. Lost my identity. How I encouraged myself back from all the guilt and shame. I got my identity back.
